Concept Designer, Point of Sale Materials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop eye-catching retail displays that harmonize aesthetics with functionality

• Address creative briefs with innovative, commercially savvy concepts

• Design fixtures and their components while taking into account materials, costs, and sustainability

• Produce mood boards, sketches, 3D visuals, and presentation materials

• Collaborate with Account Managers, Structural Engineers, and Production teams

• Present and pitch ideas directly to clients, integrating their feedback

• Incorporate sustainability through material selection, minimized carbon footprints, and modular designs

• Oversee multiple creative projects and meet deadlines

• Challenge creative limits within the retail environment

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design

• Robust portfolio demonstrating the design journey from concept to completion

• Practical experience in crafting Permanent POS retail displays

• Skilled in 3D CAD software; familiarity with Cinema 4D and Rhino is preferred

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

• Expertise in visual storytelling and graphic layout

• Strong sketching abilities are an added advantage

• Comprehensive knowledge of materials such as wood, metal, and acrylics, as well as manufacturing processes

• Commitment to sustainable design and awareness of environmental impacts

• Keen attention to detail and ability to execute on-brand

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to advocate for and support ideas

• Agency-oriented mindset: quick-thinking, solution-focused, and creatively inquisitive

• Understanding of design-led presentations, practical solutions, and compelling narratives

• Confidence utilizing project management tools and handling multiple deadlines

• A portfolio must be submitted along with the application
