This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Assess AI outputs through computational techniques such as simulations, structural analysis, and database cross-referencing.
• Convert AI forecasts into actionable protocols for cloud laboratories (like Emerald and Strateos) or technical specifications for Contract Research Organizations (CROs).
• Develop and sustain validation pipelines that detect errors prior to resource wastage in laboratory settings.
• Oversee the transition from digital predictions to physical experimentation.
• Convert JSON outputs from our agents into experimental protocols and validation workflows.
• A PhD in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent outstanding experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and/or R for data analysis and pipeline development.
• Background in computational validation techniques, including molecular simulations, structural analysis, and sequence analysis.
• Capability to critically assess biological predictions and recognize potential issues.
• Comfortable operating at the intersection of software and biology.
• Experience with cloud laboratory platforms (Emerald, Strateos, or similar).
• Background in collaborating with CROs or transitioning computational work to practical wet-lab execution.
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and their potential failure modes.
• Experience in red-teaming or adversarially testing scientific predictions.
• Fully remote - work from any location.
