
Compliance Specialist β Privacy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct and assist in the investigation and resolution of privacy incidents reported via the Values Line, ministries, and various other channels.
β’ Collaborate with Compliance leaders, team members, and legal counsel as necessary.
β’ Aid in the coordination and follow-up of audits and investigations within the compliance privacy monitoring program.
β’ Support the development and implementation of HIPAA and other federal or state privacy policies and procedures, including consent forms and notices.
β’ Help create and deliver both system-wide and targeted compliance training and educational programs related to privacy issues.
β’ Identify opportunities and assist in efforts to foster a culture of compliance.
β’ Provide support for the HIPAA Privacy vertical through various projects and programs, including data review and analysis.
β’ Perform additional duties as assigned.
β’ High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR an Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant cumulative job-specific experience is required.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
β’ A highly preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare privacy compliance.
