This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Assist with regulatory licensing activities, renewals, and associated recordkeeping.
• Aid in responding to regulatory inquiries and requests.
• Contribute to the ongoing management of TrueScripts' compliance program and regulatory initiatives.
• Keep track of state and federal regulatory updates affecting PBMs and healthcare organizations.
• Support regulatory research efforts and summarize findings for compliance and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation related to compliance, including policies, procedures, and supporting records.
• Facilitate the implementation and monitoring of regulatory requirements across various business functions.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, filings, and necessary documentation.
• Support compliance audits, assessments, and monitoring activities.
• Help review and investigate compliance concerns, incidents, and privacy-related issues.
• Engage in HIPAA compliance activities, privacy monitoring, and documentation efforts.
• Track corrective actions and follow-up items arising from compliance reviews or audits.
• Assist in developing and disseminating compliance communications, alerts, and educational materials.
• Support compliance training initiatives, which include scheduling, materials preparation, and tracking completion.
• Assist with client, prospect, and regulatory requests for compliance-related information and documentation.
• Contribute to RFP responses and due diligence requests by collecting and organizing compliance information.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations related to compliance activities and program performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote compliance awareness and bolster operational excellence.
• Undertake other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Legal Studies, Pharmacy, Compliance, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of professional experience in compliance, healthcare administration, legal support, risk management, auditing, insurance, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Outstanding organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to analyze information and identify potential compliance risks or issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines.
• Capacity to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, health insurance, PBM, or other regulated sectors.
• Preferred: Familiarity with State PBM, TPA, or similar regulations, including licensing or related functional requirements.
• Preferred: Internship or professional experience in supporting compliance, legal, audit, or regulatory functions.
• Preferred: Understanding of policy and procedure management.
• Preferred: Knowledge of regulatory research tools and resources.
• Primarily a remote position with occasional travel to the TrueScripts office in Washington, Indiana.
• Less than 10% travel required.
