• We are in search of a sharp, commercially savvy, and execution-focused Product Manager to oversee the compliance and RegTech architecture of our global platform.

• In this position, you will have the freedom to tackle complex product challenges and design an intelligent, automation-first compliance framework.

• Mission of the Role: To design, scale, and manage a cohesive, multi-market compliance platform that mitigates regional regulatory risks, automates localization, and accelerates product growth across APAC.

• Key Outcomes & Deliverables: Successfully launch and implement our brand-new V1 Compliance Platform within the Australian (AU) market, significantly reduce manual compliance workloads, and greatly decrease global KYC and KYB API transactional vendor costs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15 years of total professional experience, including 6-7 years of deep specialization in the field, showcasing a stable and mature career with a thorough understanding of business operations.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant product management experience: Extensive core expertise in leading complex, data-intensive digital software products, with a proven track record of successfully bringing products from 0-to-1 launch.

• RegTech & AI Proficiency: Direct experience in developing or closely collaborating with RegTech systems or highly rule-based software environments. You are well-versed in AI workflows, have a solid grasp of technical AI model evaluations (Evals), and possess the engineering skills to independently launch an AI product.

• Technical Acumen & Analytical Skills: Outstanding structured problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach. You excel in working backward from objectives, deciphering intricate API documentation, and transforming complicated operational landscapes into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

• Ecosystem Fit: Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment is highly desirable, and direct exposure to the compliance sector is a significant advantage.
