Compliance Officer – Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Assess account opening requests from private clients from an AML/CTF perspective.

• Evaluate tax compliance elements, including FATCA and CRS.

• Assist in the preparation of internal memos and procedures.

• Engage in reviews of significant clients.

• Take part in essential regulatory projects.

• Enhance internal processes and guidelines.

• Provide support and guidance to the Front line and management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree, ideally in Law or Economics.

• At least 5 years of experience in the Compliance sector.

• Familiarity with Swiss AML legislation, including AMLA, AMLO-FINMA, and CDB.

• Understanding of relevant regulations.

• Proficient in both English and French.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.

• Possess an analytical and methodical mindset.

• Strong communication abilities.

• Excellent team player, adept in multicultural, dynamic, technological, and international settings.
