This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily compliance program for the US prediction markets division.

• Evaluate and authorize marketing and promotional content across internal teams, partners, and affiliates.

• Administer compliance training for employees and the Board, covering AML, prediction markets, new hires, and annual refreshers.

• Organize annual AML audits, regulatory audits, and examinations as mandated by the NFA or other relevant regulatory authorities.

• Maintain the compliance calendar, compliance manual, and regulatory documentation.

• Review and revise internal policies, procedures, Terms & Conditions, and other regulatory paperwork.

• Assist with NFA/CFTC filings, applications, and ongoing regulatory submissions, including other potential prediction market applications or registrations.

• Support the upkeep of current regulatory registrations and associated compliance obligations.

• Aid compliance requirements for new products, features, and event contracts.

• Monitor pertinent regulatory changes and collaborate with internal teams to implement necessary adjustments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of compliance experience in financial services, derivatives, futures, prediction markets, or another relevant regulated sector.

• In-depth understanding of CFTC and NFA regulations.

• Familiarity with regulatory filings, audits, examinations, and compliance policies.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple regulatory deadlines and priorities.

• A practical, hands-on approach coupled with the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in prediction markets or another CFTC/NFA-regulated field is highly advantageous.

• A law degree or bar admission is not a prerequisite.
