This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manages the daily operations of the Compliance Helpdesk at Cornerstone Home Lending.
• Provides guidance and expertise to team members.
• Enhances the skills of team members through training and performance management.
• Monitors inquiries to ensure responses are provided within service level agreements (SLAs).
• Reviews Compliance Help Desk inquiries for accuracy and consistency.
• Acts as the primary Subject Matter Expert for ComplianceAnalyzer.
• Maintains training materials and instructional resources.
• Analyzes complex information related to regulatory and Investor issues.
• Generates monthly and quarterly reports concerning Compliance HelpDesk activities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the mortgage industry in compliance, processing, closing, origination, or another operational department.
• Extensive knowledge of federal regulations and state mortgage lending laws.
• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills; ability to articulate ideas clearly and convey complex information effectively in both verbal and written forms.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Preference for three years of experience with Empower.
