Compliance and Ethics Intern – Fall

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Assist with designated segments of compliance review initiatives to evaluate adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Support and contribute to compliance evaluations throughout the organization by documenting findings, generating reports, and aiding in enhancing organizational alignment with regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with compliance consultants and program managers on ongoing projects.

• Work closely with the Director on identifying potential improvements and efficiency enhancements within the department.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Business, Management, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours in an undergraduate curriculum.

• Law students: Preference will be given to second-year law students.

• Coursework in Internal Audit is advantageous.

• Preferred GPA: 3.0+; Minimum cumulative GPA: 2.5.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to comprehend, document, calculate, and analyze information.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Advanced skills in Excel are preferred.
