Compliance ALF Clinical Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conducts compliance audits of clinical systems in our Wisconsin Assisted Living Communities.

• Monitors corrective action plans associated with any negative findings.

• Performs internal investigations related to compliance and clinical matters.

• Facilitates necessary compliance activities.

• Offers education on ALF and HIPAA regulations.

• Requires 70% travel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active LPN, LVN, or RN license in good standing from Wisconsin or another compact state.

• Background in Healthcare Compliance or experience in the Assisted Living sector.

• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Assisted Living industry.

• Willingness to travel across Wisconsin and occasionally to other states where we operate.

• Must live near a major airport in Wisconsin.

• Capable of collaborating with all management levels on potential compliance and regulatory concerns.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficient in crafting detailed reports that demonstrate professionalism and precision.

• Works effectively independently in a home office setting on long-term projects and as part of an interdisciplinary team.

• Exhibits a high level of credibility and integrity.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel.
