Complex Care Specialist, Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluating client clinical requirements for higher levels of care.

• Offering immediate phone assistance to clients facing complex behavioral health challenges.

• Prioritizing client safety at all times.

• Guiding clients towards high-quality, evidence-based facilities and programs.

• Delivering ongoing case management support.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree in clinical social work or an equivalent field; LCSW or an equivalent independent clinical license is mandatory (e.g., LMFT, LPC, LPCC, etc.). We cannot provide supervised hours for licensure. Candidates without a state license to independently deliver mental health services will not be considered.

• Extensive experience in managing high-risk clinical scenarios (e.g., suicidality, mandated reporting), navigating health plans, and promoting client engagement amidst escalating mental health needs.

• Proficient in case management and in providing specialized care for clients with varying care requirements.

• Familiarity with higher levels of care and community mental health resources.

• A self-directed clinical professional capable of working independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating within a small team of dedicated clinicians.

• Understanding of Health Plan procedures, medical necessity criteria, and a strong desire to assist clients in comprehending their benefits and care options.

• Candidates must be full-time residents of the United States; work cannot be performed from outside the United States.

• Must be bilingual, with proficiency in Spanish.
