This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee our Win/Loss initiative in collaboration with a third-party interview vendor.
• Evaluate and consolidate interview results into distinct competitive themes, trends, and insights at the deal level.
• Convert Win/Loss themes into actionable sales strategies.
• Provide regular Win/Loss reports to Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Establish and sustain AI-driven research and analysis processes.
• Create reusable prompt frameworks for various tasks.
• Document and refine workflow templates.
• Stay updated on AI tools that are pertinent to competitive intelligence.
• Take ownership of battlecard development as a primary deliverable.
• Serve as a real-time competitive resource for Sales and Sales Engineering during ongoing deals.
• Conduct competitive training and enablement sessions.
• Track the competitive landscape among key vendors.
• Integrate signals from various sources into concise, prioritized intelligence.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure competitive positioning aligns with overarching messaging and campaigns.
• Work together with Product Management to identify and address competitive gaps.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in competitive intelligence, product marketing, strategy, or a related discipline, ideally in the cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS sectors.
• Experience or a genuine interest in developing a Win/Loss program.
• Practical experience utilizing AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar).
• Strong skills in project management.
• Outstanding written communication abilities.
• An innate sense of curiosity.
• Capability to work collaboratively and build trust with Sales, Product, and Marketing stakeholders.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (EDR, XDR, MDR, identity security) is a plus but not mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
