This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of global compensation programs that align with business strategies, market competitiveness, internal equity, and the overall compensation philosophy.
• Collaborate with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver strategic insight on hiring, promotions, market adjustments, organizational changes, and pay decisions.
• Oversee job architecture and market pricing, which includes job evaluation, leveling, salary range development, and external benchmarking.
• Manage annual and cyclical compensation programs, encompassing merit planning, promotions, market adjustments, bonuses, and equity reviews.
• Create and uphold compensation policies, governance, and approval processes to ensure uniformity, compliance, and sound compensation decisions.
• Analyze compensation and workforce data to uncover trends, evaluate market competitiveness and internal equity, and provide recommendations to People Operations and executive leadership.
• Spearhead cross-functional compensation initiatives by collaborating with HRIS, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, Payroll, IT, and other essential stakeholders.
• Ensure compensation data integrity by maintaining the accuracy of compensation data across HR systems, reporting platforms, and third-party applications.
• Assess and implement compensation technologies, process enhancements, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and the employee experience.
• Develop communications, guidance, and training for leaders to enhance understanding and adoption of compensation programs and philosophies.
• Lead and nurture the Compensation team through coaching, prioritization, and continual improvement.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Six to eight years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in strategic compensation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of global compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and compensation best practices.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to align compensation strategies and programs with organizational goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex compensation concepts clearly to employees, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, take initiative, and work independently with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
• Skill in building collaborative relationships and influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with compensation governance, compliance, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient in compensation systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and compensation information.
• Adaptability and resilience, capable of navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs.
