This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead the yearly evaluation of compensation bands, comparing them against market data (Radford/Pave) and offering recommendations to the business.
β’ Manage and oversee the annual Radford compensation survey submission and analyze the resulting data outputs.
β’ Take ownership of the complete compensation planning cycles, including bonus and merit processes, utilizing Pave and/or Workday.
β’ Collaborate with Recruiting/PBPs to provide consistent and competitive offer recommendations and act as a compensation advisor throughout the candidate journey.
β’ Facilitate global expansion initiatives by developing competitive and compliant compensation frameworks across all operating jurisdictions.
β’ Work alongside the HRIS team to transition compensation data from spreadsheets into Workday, enhancing data integrity and accessibility.
β’ In the initial 90 days, evaluate current compensation bands, assist with the Radford survey submission, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in PBPs, Finance, and Recruiting.
β’ Proven experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related HR discipline β ideally within a high-growth tech startup.
β’ Strong analytical capabilities; skilled in handling large data sets, constructing models in Excel/Sheets, and converting data into concise recommendations.
β’ Experience with compensation survey data (Radford/Pave preferred).
β’ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities β capable of presenting to and influencing senior leadership.
β’ Comfortable functioning as both a strategist and executor; ready to roll up your sleeves and accomplish tasks without a large team supporting you.
β’ Familiarity with global compensation practices, including experience working in or alongside an EOR (e.g., Remote, Deel) is a significant advantage.
β’ Knowledge of Pave and/or Workday is strongly preferred.
β’ Experience in a tech startup environment is advantageous β you thrive in situations of ambiguity, rapid pace, and shifting priorities.
