This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensures the effective execution of the compensation strategy within the designated budgets.
• Takes ownership of the development, implementation, and administration of compliant and competitive compensation programs.
• Collaborates with P&C business partners and leaders to drive and implement approved compensation strategies.
• Serves as an internal advanced subject matter expert on pay decisions and policy interpretation.
• Manages and executes compensation projects and programs, including market pricing reviews and updates.
• Conducts ongoing research to enhance the effectiveness of compensation plans.
• Stays informed on federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, or a related field.
• Typically requires five or more years of experience in compensation, including prior consulting experience.
• Experience working within complex, matrixed organizational structures.
• Significant experience using compensation administration software such as CompAnalyst, PayFactors, or MarketPay.
• Experience with HR ERP technology like Workday, Oracle, or SAP/SuccessFactors.
• Advanced analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other HR software/systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of the laws and regulations impacting human resources and compensation.
