This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collect and evaluate requirements pertaining to compensation

• Set up and oversee Compensation and Variable Pay cycles

• Establish salary regulations and eligibility criteria

• Administer budgets and outline guidelines

• Configure forms and oversee salary review procedures

• Integrate with corporate personnel management systems

• Aid in the continuous development and enhancement of compensation processes

• Background in Compensation and remuneration initiatives

• Familiarity with fixed and variable compensation frameworks

• Experience in Compensation and Variable Pay

• Skilled in configuring rules, salary cycles, eligibility standards, and budgets

• Understanding of requirements gathering and collaboration with business units

• Analytical, consultative, and results-driven mindset

• Proven experience in implementing, supporting, or improving HR solutions

• Proficient in English
