This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +15 more states.
• Deliver comprehensive compensation consulting services and create, execute, and/or manage compensation programs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and market authority on specific client market compensation concerns.
• Perform job evaluations; assess job responsibilities, activities, duties, requirements, and organizational structure, and recommend appropriate internal job placements regarding level, title, and FLSA classification.
• Carry out market pricing, select peer groups, conduct survey analyses, interpret salary data, perform financial modeling, and engage in special research initiatives.
• Analyze data to establish suitable salary levels and job titles for both existing and proposed roles.
• Identify complex job matching and data challenges and proactively collaborate with clients and key associates to determine the best course of action.
• Support more intricate report and proposal writing that outlines project objectives, methodologies, analyses, results, and ensure accuracy through proofreading.
• A bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline, preferably with a focus on finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• One to five years of progressively responsible experience consulting directly with clients.
• Three to five years of relevant analytical experience, including data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming skills are advantageous.
