This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

๐Ÿ“‹ Description

โ€ข You will engage in subject-matter expertise, analytical, and conceptual activities within the field of Compensation & Benefits.

โ€ข You will lead Compensation & Benefits projects and ongoing initiatives, actively leveraging your expertise for successful implementation.

โ€ข You will conduct research, analyze, and enhance compensation policies, salary band systems, career models, and competency requirements, while managing benefits-related matters.

โ€ข You will organize internal alignments, stakeholder meetings, as well as discussions and negotiations with the works council, providing support and ensuring structured follow-up.

โ€ข You will develop presentations, internal communications, decision papers, analyses, and overviews that are clear, concise, and tailored to the intended audience.

โ€ข You will structure and assess data, processes, and decision-making foundations to make complex relationships comprehensible.


โ›ณ๏ธ Requirements

โ€ข A completed degree focusing on Human Resources, Business, Law, or a similar qualification.

โ€ข Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, along with experience navigating complex stakeholder structures and works council/co-determination issues.

โ€ข Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, remuneration structures, benefits, and HR processes; proficient skills in MS 365 and in creating presentations, analyses, and decision papers.

โ€ข A structured, independent, and dependable working style; strong numerical aptitude; confident presence; effective communication; understanding of fair and transparent processes; and a proactive approach to designing new structures and enhancing existing processes.

โ€ข Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency for communication in an international context.
