📋 Description

• Perform market benchmarking to ensure fairness in internal pay practices.

• Assist in strategic initiatives by providing reward and incentive solutions.

• Oversee policies, compliance, and governance throughout the region.

• Deliver data-driven insights and reports to executive leadership.

• Create and support organizational structures, roles, and governance frameworks.

• Lead and assist with transformation initiatives, focusing on change management and communication.

• Cultivate a culture of engagement, collaboration, and high performance.

• Enhance capabilities to boost agility and organizational alignment.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
