Compensation Analytics & Intelligence Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Define and spearhead the Compensation Analytics & Intelligence strategy, encompassing its vision, priorities, and roadmap.

• Oversee the development of enterprise-level compensation analytics and intelligence capabilities.

• Enhance compensation market data while integrating labor market trends.

• Create reporting dashboards, analytical frameworks, and tools to support decision-making.

• Own the strategy for AI, data, and technology within the Compensation function.

• Identify opportunities to utilize automation and emerging technologies.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and business leaders on matters related to compensation, talent, M&A, and strategic initiatives.

• Deliver data-driven insights, forecasts, and recommendations.

• Enhance the effectiveness of compensation programs through process improvements, governance, controls, change management, and adherence to Danaher Business System principles.

• Convert enterprise-wide compensation data into actionable insights and scalable operational tools.

• Act as the primary representative for AI and data strategy within the Compensation function.

• Serve as a thought partner to senior leaders addressing complex compensation challenges.

• Uphold high standards for data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.

• Report to the Senior Director of Global Compensation as part of the Global Total Rewards team.

• Travel occasionally, not exceeding 25%.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of experience in compensation, finance, people analytics, management consulting, professional services, or a related field within a global organization.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation, analytics, or HR technology solutions.

• Workday experience is preferred.

• Proficient in advanced analytics and reporting tools, including Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics platforms.

• Experience in supporting M&A due diligence.

• Familiarity with technology integration activities.

• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Occasional travel not to exceed 25%.
