• Assist with the setup and configuration of workflows on the Salary.com Job Architect platform.
• Generate documentation and communication materials for internal stakeholders.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to verify job data and ensure accuracy.
• Support data audits, reporting, and version control for job-related information.
• Engage in related initiatives to promote successful implementation and adoption.
• 3–5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards.
• Proficient analytical and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Salary.com tools (or similar survey management platforms).
• Understanding of compensation practices and relevant legislation.
• Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking.
• Background in developing new compensation programs.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation capabilities.
