Compensation Analyst, Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Perform market pricing and salary benchmarking for diverse positions.

• Aid in the development and upkeep of compensation frameworks and salary ranges.

• Organize and document job descriptions to ensure they align with career architecture standards.

• Define job families, levels, and career trajectories for improved clarity and consistency.

• Assist with the setup and configuration of workflows on the Salary.com Job Architect platform.

• Generate documentation and communication materials for internal stakeholders.

• Partner with HR and business leaders to verify job data and ensure accuracy.

• Support data audits, reporting, and version control for job-related information.

• Engage in related initiatives to promote successful implementation and adoption.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in compensation or total rewards.

• Proficient analytical and Excel skills.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems and Salary.com tools (or similar survey management platforms).

• Understanding of compensation practices and relevant legislation.

• Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking.

• Background in developing new compensation programs.

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and documentation capabilities.
