This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Conduct benchmarking of positions against external salary surveys and review job descriptions to determine appropriate grading and compensation levels.
• Support the annual merit review process, manage bonus allocations, and facilitate adjustments to base pay structures.
• Lead comprehensive benefits operations for Mexico, including employee enrollment, vendor communication and negotiation, invoice processing, and addressing employee service inquiries.
• Ensure that compensation and benefits programs adhere to federal, state, and local labor laws within both US and Mexico jurisdictions.
• Carry out tasks following established guidelines while providing guidance and support to junior team members.
• Analyze market data, tackle complex compensation issues, and deliver equitable, competitive pay packages that align with the company's objectives.
• 2–4 years of pertinent experience in compensation and benefits management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Preferred professional HR/compensation certifications.
• Capability to assess standard issues, analyze solutions using data and precedents, and provide sound recommendations.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
