This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect variable compensation requirements and manage semi-monthly compensation cycles for financial advisors.
• Evaluate and refresh essential pre-processing Salesforce dashboard reports.
• Perform pay period compensation assessments by payee.
• Oversee and update the compensation system, ensuring accurate entry of new user financial agreements.
• Review, code, design, and test system configurations for precise variable compensation calculations.
• Create improved reporting, archival processes, and preprocessing dashboards.
• Support the review and setup of variable compensated advisors.
• Assist in due diligence review and integration planning concerning contracts, solicitor agreements, and employment agreements.
• Participate in integration meetings and convey relevant information across accounting teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to aid advisors in planning for team compensation adjustments.
• Directly engage with financial advisors to address compensation inquiries.
• Investigate compensation issues and propose enhancements to processes or system designs.
• Aid teams with compensation-related questions and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of business experience; experience in accounting, audit, or compensation processing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with AI, including the capability to utilize and adapt to AI tools and technologies in daily tasks.
• Ability to formulate effective prompts and assess AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
• Skill in integrating AI tools to boost productivity while upholding quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new AI applications and comprehend their appropriate use cases and limitations.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and adapting to new AI tools and methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience in conveying sensitive information.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Capability to stand or sit for extended periods, file documents in various cabinet heights, use the telephone, and operate computer systems.
