This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Deliver coverage and enhance market penetration for Medicaid and Medicare offerings within the designated area.
• Introduce health insurance products to potential members while providing education and assistance.
• Foster relationships with community resource and advocacy organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, government bodies, and regulatory/accreditation organizations.
• Facilitate communication between the health plan and community organizations.
• Aid members in accessing healthcare, transportation, and additional services.
• Monitor marketing guidelines, competitive products, and promotional practices.
• Prepare reports on territory, product, and competitive conditions.
• Establish strategic partnerships with community organizations, DSS offices, health departments, the Enrollment Broker, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with member education, outreach, enrollment, retention, Medicaid recertification, and HR1-related renewal initiatives.
• Organize and engage in community education and outreach activities, health fairs, events, campaigns, presentations, and collaborative events.
• Work together with Marketing, Medicare, Ambetter, providers, agencies, schools, and community organizations.
• Support community engagement strategies and sponsorship programs.
• Oversee budgets, event documentation, reporting, compliance, branding, and outreach standards.
• Lift boxes containing marketing materials and travel as needed.
• Perform other assigned tasks and adhere to company policies and standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales, community relations, or outreach.
• Experience in a managed care or Medicaid setting is preferred.
• Candidates must live in North Carolina, specifically within Mecklenburg County or neighboring areas.
• Capability to lift boxes with marketing materials for events.
• Willingness to travel.
