This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• The Community Relations Liaison is tasked with cultivating, overseeing, and strengthening lasting partnerships with both existing and potential referring providers;
• pinpointing new referral and collaboration opportunities;
• establishing, nurturing, and enhancing strategic relationships with referents;
• refining and improving alliance workflows and standards;
• strategizing and executing proactive growth initiatives on a daily basis.
• Engaging in daily face-to-face and virtual customer meetings (which encompasses regular outreach to both new and existing clients).
• Conducting daily activities such as: Lunch & Learns, breakfasts, dinner programs, professional networking events, and other appointment-based results-oriented activities.
• Aiding in the planning and execution of continuing education events and promoting CE (CONTINUED EDUCATION) webinars as well as in-person events during referent meetings.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in business, communications, psychology, social work, or a related field.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in business development and/or a related area.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, new business development, and negotiation.
• Proficiency in computer usage and familiarity with software applications, including Word and Excel.
• A valid driver’s license is required, with the necessity of being granted insurable status under the Rogers insurance policy.
