Community Reinvestment Act Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Support the CRA Manager in the documentation, tracking, and analysis of lending data.

• Ensure adherence to HMDA and CRA reporting standards within the Bank.

• Responsible for the accurate compilation, submission, and maintenance of the HMDA and CRA Loan Application Registers (LARs).

• Perform independent reviews and validations of loan data to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

• Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations related to HMDA and CRA.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least two (2) years of experience and a solid understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations affecting financial institutions, including HMDA and CRA, are required.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with CRA Software, including RiskExec.
