Community Registered Nurse

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Deliver wound, stoma, and bowel care services.

• Provide catheter care (IDC - Males & Females), SPC.

• Utilize advanced clinical assessment skills for managing chronic diseases.

• Administer medications and injections as required.

• Maintain a high standard of nursing care for our clients.

• Leverage your outstanding clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing.

• Have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience, with a broad background in general nursing.

• Hold current registration with the AHPRA, with no notations.

• Show a genuine interest in community work and caring for the aged population (experience is advantageous).

• Exhibit compassion and enthusiasm, accompanied by a friendly demeanor.

• Have substantial experience in wound and catheter care, as well as chronic disease management.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities with families and other healthcare professionals.

• Possess an Australian driver's licence.
