This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee daily operations of the Community talent pipeline, which includes evaluating applicants and identifying candidates that align with current hiring requirements.
• Facilitate the hiring process from application to onboarding by managing candidate progression through various stages, communicating next steps, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding of selected candidates.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the role and their technical skills by utilizing established interview methodologies and assessment criteria.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new Community members, ensuring effective communication and follow-up to complete all necessary steps and documentation.
• Monitor referrals and partnership activities to maintain organized and up-to-date recruitment data.
• Aid in the identification and coordination of external recruitment partnerships to enhance the Community talent pipeline.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Clear, professional, and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks, adhere to established processes, and maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Comfortable managing hiring and onboarding activities in a remote work setting.
• Proficient in conducting structured interviews in accordance with established processes and evaluation standards.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, partnerships, coordination, or other process-oriented administrative roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with documentation and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365) for data management and daily operations.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of disability, accessibility, assistive technology, or community-based work is a significant advantage.
