Community Partnerships – Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Establish new referral connections across Morris and Essex Counties.

• Seek and engage partnership opportunities with professionals and organizations that serve seniors.

• Design and facilitate educational workshops, networking events, and community presentations.

• Act as a representative for Caring Transitions at industry events, professional associations, and community functions.

• Meet with potential clients and their families to comprehend their needs and present our services.

• Assist in the development of proposals and follow-up initiatives.

• Enhance our visibility through social media platforms, local networking groups, and community involvement.

• Monitor outreach efforts, the development of referral partners, and business prospects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside within 10 miles of Parsippany, NJ.

• Required to be a resident of New Jersey.

• Relevant backgrounds that may be beneficial include:

• Business development

• Community relations

• Senior living sales

• Real estate

• Healthcare outreach

• Marketing and event management

• Leadership in Chamber of Commerce or nonprofit organizations

• Management of professional associations.

• Pre-existing relationships in Morris County, Essex County, or nearby areas are a significant advantage.
