Community Outreach Sales Rep, Patient Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct extensive outreach to potential patients, fostering rapport and facilitating meaningful engagement through consultative discussions.

• Effectively articulate the value and advantages of ConcertoCare's services, addressing inquiries and overcoming obstacles to enrollment.

• Propel patient enrollment by identifying needs, managing objections, and encouraging patients to take decisive action.

• Employ innovative outreach methods, including phone calls, in-person interactions, and community engagement, to connect with hard-to-reach patients.

• Oversee a pipeline of prospective patients and prioritize tasks to optimize enrollment opportunities.

• Monitor outreach efforts, enrollment status, and patient interactions in Salesforce and electronic medical record systems.

• Arrange initial patient appointments and coordinate necessary intake activities to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

• Address inbound inquiries from potential patients and caregivers, informing them about available services and guiding them through the enrollment process.

• Work in collaboration with clinical and operational teams to eliminate barriers and guarantee effective patient engagement.

• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and compliance with regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare-related, patient-facing role.

• At least 1 year of experience in delivering customer service.

• Preferred sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales goals/metrics.

• Experience in appointment scheduling.

• Background as a CNA/MA is advantageous.

• Call center experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for providing exceptional patient service.
