Community Outreach Sales Rep – Patient Engagement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage in high-volume outreach to potential patients, fostering rapport and generating significant interactions through consultative discussions.

• Articulate the value and advantages of ConcertoCare's services, effectively addressing inquiries and overcoming obstacles to enrollment.

• Enhance patient enrollment by recognizing needs, managing objections, and encouraging patients to take initiative.

• Implement innovative outreach methods, including phone calls, in-person meetings, and community engagement, to connect with hard-to-reach patients.

• Oversee a pipeline of potential patients and prioritize actions to optimize enrollment possibilities.

• Monitor outreach efforts, enrollment advancements, and patient engagements using Salesforce and electronic medical record systems.

• Arrange initial patient appointments and coordinate necessary intake processes to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience.

• Address incoming inquiries from prospective patients and their caregivers, informing them about available services and guiding them through the enrollment process.

• Work alongside clinical and operational teams to eliminate barriers and ensure effective patient engagement.

• Uphold the highest levels of professionalism, patient confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or patient-focused role.

• At least 1 year of experience in delivering customer service.

• Sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets is preferred.

• Experience in appointment scheduling.

• Background as a CNA or MA is advantageous.

• Call center experience is an asset.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for exceptional patient service.
