This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Perform outreach to targeted lists of estheticians and spa professionals.

• Foster relationships through email correspondence and occasional phone calls.

• Interact with beauty industry professionals in a genuine and relationship-oriented manner.

• Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain ongoing communication with potential leads.

• Assist in recruiting estheticians into the brand’s expanding community network.

• Contribute to educational webinars and community-oriented initiatives.

• Aid in nurturing relationships and implementing long-term engagement strategies.

• Collaborate with the Marketing Director on outreach tactics and community programs.

• Keep organized records of outreach activities and discussions.

• Monitor engagement metrics and efforts related to community growth.

• Help manage contact lists and streamline outreach processes.

• Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, though not mandatory.
