⛳️ Requirements

• Academic Background: A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Qualifications: Must have English and Maths at level 2 / GCSE grade 4 or above.

• Experience: Proven administrative and organizational skills with a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in educational settings, alternative provisions, or working with SEND (desirable).

• Teaching Subjects: Must be proficient in English, Maths, and Science, achieving at least grade 4/C or higher.

• Knowledge: Understanding of equality of opportunity, safeguarding, child protection, and inclusion matters.

• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address challenges and make sound decisions.

• Communication: Capable of clear communication, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
