Community Nurse – Contractor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Provide specialized clinical services throughout the Manawatū region

• Deliver exceptional clinical care and support to individuals in their homes and within the community

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments

• Offer case management and patient education

• Promote positive health outcomes for clients

• Build and sustain relationships with GP practices, healthcare providers, and referral partners

• Manage an independent caseload

• Provide ACC-related nursing services, including wound care, burn care, and long-term injury support

⛳️ Requirements

• Appropriately qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Contractor

• Registered in New Zealand

• Possession of a current practicing certificate

• Experience in wound care and/or burn care is essential

• Previous experience in catheter and continence management

• Valid driver’s license

• Access to a dependable vehicle

• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

• Commitment to delivering the best service for clients

• Extensive experience in wound care is highly beneficial

• Experience in district or community nursing is a significant advantage
