This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily management of the Immigration Benchmarking Collective and associated community projects.

• Greet and onboard new members across community platforms, ensuring a polished, responsive, and uniform experience.

• Address member inquiries, foresee follow-up requirements, and deliver outstanding customer service to both current and prospective members.

• Keep precise member databases, contact details, participation records, and community documentation up to date.

• Enhance member engagement by facilitating discussions, distributing relevant resources, and fostering connections among members.

• Aid in initiatives aimed at boosting member satisfaction, engagement, and retention.

• Organize logistics for virtual roundtables, executive discussions, masterclasses, networking events, conference activations, and other community programs.

• Oversee registrations, invitations, attendee communications, Zoom arrangements, event materials, speaker coordination, venue logistics, and post-event follow-up.

• Create polished agendas, briefing documents, presentations, attendee lists, and other event-related communications.

• Coordinate logistics for sponsors, speakers, venues, and vendors while maintaining clear timelines and deliverables.

• Monitor attendance, collect participant feedback, and compile post-event metrics and summaries.

• Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Circle, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.

• Draft, revise, and disseminate community updates, event promotions, member highlights, educational materials, and executive communications.

• Maintain content and campaign calendars, coordinate approvals, and ensure the timely execution of marketing initiatives.

• Support social media engagement and ongoing community communications, while upholding a polished, accurate, and consistent WR voice.

• Proofread and verify the quality of content, invitations, presentations, surveys, and other member-facing materials prior to distribution.

• Coordinate benchmarking surveys, including setup, participant communications, reminders, response tracking, and follow-up.

• Organize survey data and assist with data validation, analysis, benchmarking reports, presentations, and executive summaries.

• Manage the Business Immigration Benchmark Podcast, including guest outreach and scheduling, calendar management, preparation materials, production timelines, and promotional efforts.

• Assist in the distribution of benchmarking reports, podcasts, and related community communications through appropriate channels.

• Maintain project plans, calendars, task lists, and status updates to ensure community, content, survey, podcast, and event initiatives stay on track.

• Monitor engagement, attendance, campaign, and member-experience metrics, and help prepare recurring reports and recommendations.

• Collaborate with marketing, attorneys, and other internal stakeholders to gather content, coordinate approvals, and implement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements and leverage AI, automation, and emerging productivity tools to enhance efficiency and the member experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, event coordination, community management, customer success, or a similar role.

• Professional demeanor, sound judgment, and confidence in communicating with executives, senior professionals, members, speakers, sponsors, and external partners.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong business writing, editing, proofreading, and presentation capabilities.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in coordinating professional meetings, webinars, conferences, executive events, or other multi-stakeholder programs.

• Experience in creating, scheduling, and publishing professional content across LinkedIn, newsletters, email campaigns, social media, or community platforms.

• Customer-service-oriented mindset with a proven commitment to delivering thoughtful, responsive, and high-quality experiences.

• Ability to track engagement metrics, organize data, identify trends, and prepare clear summaries and reports.

• Tech-savvy with a curiosity for AI and emerging productivity tools, and a willingness to continually adopt technologies that enhance efficiency and the member experience.

• Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, manage sensitive information with discretion, and consistently follow through on commitments.

• Willingness to travel periodically for in-person events, conferences, and other business needs.
