This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate discussions within the online community to maintain a positive and respectful environment.

• Interact with users via comments, direct messages, and forum posts to foster strong relationships and promote active participation.

• Address inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Develop and distribute engaging content that resonates with the community's interests and values.

• Detect and report any emerging issues or trends within the community.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing team to assist in promotional campaigns and initiatives.

• Aid in the planning and execution of community-oriented events and activities.

• Evaluate community metrics and produce regular reports to monitor growth and engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar field).

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to customize messages for various audiences.

• Enthusiastic about cultivating a positive online community and engaging with individuals.

• Familiar with major social media platforms, forums, and online community management tools.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities to effectively manage multiple tasks.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to maintain a professional and empathetic tone in communications.

• Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting is advantageous.

• A proactive, self-driven, and adaptable work ethic.
