This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with leadership to create high-quality and relevant content (such as articles, videos, webinars) that tackles genuine challenges faced by customers in their roles and promotes the adoption of products.
• Design and implement engagement strategies that enhance active participation within the community and encourage the use of the app's community features among enterprise lenders and individual Loan Officers.
• Organize and facilitate events including in-person meetups, webinars, workshops, and live Q&A sessions to promote connection and knowledge sharing.
• Recognize and nurture relationships with influential figures and advocates within the customer base to expand community reach and engagement.
• Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product, as well as external agencies, to develop a playbook for effective community implementation and product adoption for new customers.
• Oversee community activity and evaluate user behavior, identifying trends and gathering feedback to enhance user experience and content relevance.
• Serve as the voice of the community, communicating insights to product, sales, customer success, and training teams to ensure alignment on community initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, including NPS, CSAT, engagement rates, and adoption through regular surveys and analytics platforms to assess impact, guide strategy, and demonstrate ROI.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a comparable position.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective community engagement strategies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to adjust messaging for various audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in community management tools and platforms.
• Experience in behavioral marketing strategy and execution is a plus.
