Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the health and business value for designated client communities

• Collaborate with our in-house technical, creative, and moderation teams

• Design and implement community initiatives and activations

• Produce executive-ready reports

• Act as the client's voice to stakeholders throughout the organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing enterprise or blue-chip brand clients

• Must be available and responsive during core US Eastern Time hours

• Skilled storyteller capable of delivering executive-ready narratives

• Demonstrated brand-safety judgement

• A strategic thinker and operator

• Self-motivated and proactive

• Highly organized and adaptable

• Passionate about building community

• Fluent in AI concepts

• Proficient with platforms and tools

• Bonus Points: Experience running your own Discord server or active participation in multiple servers

• Familiarity with the tech sector
