Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate NoGigiddy's online community platforms, including Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social media comments.

• Address member inquiries, posts, and feedback promptly while maintaining an authentic brand voice.

• Develop consistent community content such as polls, discussion threads, announcements, and conversation starters.

• Recognize and acknowledge leading community members and power users.

• Gather community feedback and provide insights to the product and content teams.

• Collaborate with social media and support teams to address escalated issues.

• Track community health metrics and report trends on a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or expanding an online community on any platform.

• Excellent written communication skills with a warm and genuine tone.

• Empathetic and patient, capable of dealing with frustrated members while maintaining composure.

• Highly organized, able to manage multiple community channels simultaneously.

• Familiarity with moderation tools for Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit.
