This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage cases involving academic policy violations and appeals in accordance with Service Level Agreements.
• Analyze trends and actions related to those trends in order to evaluate and enhance workflows.
• Support research and documentation initiatives.
• Facilitate communication and assess workflows.
• Monitor workflows and offer constructive feedback to staff for improvement and efficiency.
• Organize room bookings and meetings.
• Manage projects and workflows pertaining to rotations and schedules.
• Execute additional duties or projects as required.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience in academic administration, advising, or relevant transferable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Familiarity with Zoom.
• Basic data entry skills.
• Completion of FERPA or privacy training.
• Experience with ERP applications such as SalesForce and PeopleSoft.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Capacity to remain adaptable and shift focus as required.
• Capability to operate effectively in an online education setting with minimal face-to-face interaction with students.
