
Associate Vice President, Community Systems and Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee the operations of the county health plan, THRive Local, including initiatives funded through county Maintenance of Effort and ABC funds, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and county priorities.
• Direct the creation and monitoring of cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Lead strategies for organizational engagement and partnerships with county human services agencies, including but not limited to the Departments of Social Services (DSS) and County Health and Human Services Departments, fostering collaboration and system alignment for populations involved with child welfare, adult services, and other human services programs.
• Act as the executive liaison to DSS agencies.
• Provide leadership for crisis collaboratives, community crisis planning, and campaigns aimed at enhancing local crisis response infrastructure.
• A Bachelor’s degree along with three (3) years of experience in health or human services, social services, healthcare, or a business-related field.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Residency within North Carolina is mandatory.
• Ability to travel within North Carolina as needed.
• Preferred: A Master’s degree.
• Experience supervising two (2) or more employees.
