• Oversee and facilitate NoGigiddy's online community platforms — including Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social media comments.

• Address member inquiries, posts, and feedback promptly while maintaining an authentic brand voice.

• Develop consistent community content such as polls, discussion threads, announcements, and engagement starters.

• Recognize and celebrate top community contributors and power users.

• Gather community insights and feedback to relay to the product and content teams.

• Collaborate with social and support teams to manage escalated issues effectively.

• Track community health metrics and provide weekly trend reports.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or expanding an online community across any platform.

• Excellent written communication skills with a warm and genuine tone.

• Empathetic and patient demeanor — able to assist frustrated members without losing composure.

• Highly organized to manage multiple community channels simultaneously.

• Knowledge of moderation tools for Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit.

• Hourly compensation ranging from $17–$24/hr.
