Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the West market pod’s event calendar by planning and executing meetups, community events, tradeshows, and partner activations throughout the corridor.

• Act as a representative for GovDash at GovCon associations, networking groups, and ecosystem events within key Western markets.

• Establish and nurture relationships with event organizers, partners, and industry leaders.

• Manage all aspects of event logistics from start to finish: venues, vendors, budgets, shipping, and timelines.

• Capture and edit brief video content for LinkedIn and field campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with AEs and SDRs on account targeting, event outreach, and follow-ups after events to enhance pipeline conversion.

• Provide insights from the West market, competitive signals, and community feedback to refine GovDash’s overall go-to-market strategy.

• Assist with cross-functional marketing initiatives (webinars, campaigns, research, content).

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in events, community engagement, partnerships, demand generation, or another cross-functional go-to-market/operations role.

• Familiarity with or a strong understanding of the GovCon ecosystem, ideally possessing existing relationships within the Western corridor.

• Proven ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously without compromising quality.

• Proficiency with AI tools for planning, content generation, and operational efficiency.

• Experience in capturing and editing short-form video content.

• A history of managing both small-scale events and large tradeshows.

• Strong collaboration skills with Sales and SDR teams.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the West and excel in fast-paced, in-person environments.
