This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Engage in both inbound and outbound communication as well as business development activities.
• Act as a representative for HarmonyCares in the local market, providing education to community partners and potential patients about the company, its mission, and the services offered.
• Facilitate the transition of care for patients from local facilities and referral partners to HarmonyCares.
• Clearly explain enrollment benefits to eligible patients and their caregivers.
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape to effectively highlight the distinguishing features of HarmonyCares services.
• Educate the community about HarmonyCares' commitment to personalized, high-quality home healthcare.
• Achieve or surpass goals for in-person and virtual meetings with key decision makers.
• Understand, inform, and assist with the eligibility and enrollment processes for benefits.
• Track performance metrics in CRM systems against established plans and regional budget targets.
• Arrange and conduct discussions with patients and caregivers about program eligibility.
• Provide information to patients regarding accountable care organization or CMS alternative payment model programs and gather voluntary alignment forms when necessary.
• Respond to inbound calls from patients, families, and facility staff concerning company business units.
• Triage patient concerns related to care needs, scheduling, and billing to the appropriate departments.
• Supervise and document outreach calls and meetings with external contacts.
• Adhere to marketing, referral-source, beneficiary-notification, patient-outreach, HIPAA, and company policies.
• Maintain communication with sales leaders, local business unit leadership, and support staff.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor’s Degree or over 4 years of B2B sales experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in sales/marketing within the healthcare industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to accurately represent the company's service offerings to targeted referral sources.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and territory management.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend sales meetings as necessary.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational capabilities.
• A self-motivated and driven individual who requires minimal oversight following initial orientation and training.
