📋 Description

• Take charge of daily community management on social media platforms, handling comments, direct messages, and engaging proactively.

• Collaborate with customer support to guarantee smooth issue resolution and prompt response times.

• Update and enhance the Community Management Guide, creating new response strategies while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

• Perform social listening using third-party software to gauge brand sentiment, spot emerging discussions, and gather competitive insights to inform the marketing team and content strategies.

• Keep track of and report regularly on owned social media, influencer activities, and campaign performance across various platforms.

• Create monthly reporting presentations, campaign summaries, and performance dashboards.

• Evaluate content, creator, and channel performance to uncover trends and opportunities for optimization.

• Highlight key insights and suggestions to enhance future content and influencer campaigns.

• Discover outstanding creator content and top-performing creative assets for reposting, paid promotion, and future inspiration.

• Stay informed about social media, internet culture, emerging discussions, and platform trends to identify engagement opportunities for Lucky.

• Regularly gather information on trending content formats, popular sounds, community behaviors, and competitive insights.

• Actively present reactive marketing opportunities, social listening insights, and content suggestions to the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in community management, social media, digital marketing, social analytics, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in managing brand communities across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

• In-depth understanding of social media best practices, internet culture, platform trends, and community engagement techniques.

• Familiarity with social listening and social media management tools to track conversations, sentiment, and competitor activities.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in creating performance reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations based on social and campaign data.

• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adjust messaging while preserving a consistent brand voice.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities, respond swiftly in a dynamic environment, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience working collaboratively across functions with marketing, customer support, creative teams, and agency partners.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, adept at handling ongoing reporting and community initiatives.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-driven, with a passion for fostering online communities and identifying ways to enhance brand engagement.

• Enthusiasm for social media, digital culture, consumer behavior, and transforming insights into actionable marketing strategies.
