This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate and Manage Your Prospect Relationships: Oversee a designated portfolio of distributor prospects, aiming to establish long-term, trust-based connections that make commonsku the preferred choice when they are ready to take the next step.
• Execute Organized and Tailored Outreach: Utilize HubSpot to oversee your relationships, ensuring that every interaction with prospects is purposeful.
• Provide Value in Every Engagement: Share valuable content that genuinely aids your prospects.
• Engage Where Distributors Are Active: Be visible and active in the environments where distributors engage.
• Transition Established Relationships to the AE Team: As trust develops and prospects indicate readiness, you will hand off these warm, relationship-rich discussions to our Account Executive team.
• Practice Social Listening: Keep track of social discussions on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and the skummunity Forum.
• Support the Social + Content Engine: You will be actively gathering insights daily, understanding what distributors are asking for, what resonates with them, and what their needs are.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the promotional products industry, whether in a distributorship, supplier, or service provider role, coupled with a strong passion for the field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales-related position across any industry, demonstrating a solid commercial acumen.
• Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal: You possess natural communication abilities across all formats.
• Content Curation Expertise: You can analyze extensive content and pinpoint the specific paragraph, statistic, or insight that will resonate with your distributor prospects.
• Proficiency in Social Media: You are a digital native, having organically built your LinkedIn following.
• CRM Proficiency: You have hands-on experience with CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce for managing outreach.
• Familiarity with AI Tools: You have experience utilizing or experimenting with AI tools and automation in either your professional or personal life to enhance your work.
