Community Growth Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and moderate dynamic B2B and B2C communities comprising founders, operators, and entrepreneurs.

• Cultivate meaningful conversations that assist members in problem-solving, celebrating achievements, and progressing in their ventures.

• Motivate passive members to engage actively by promoting participation and accountability.

• Develop engagement systems that ensure communities remain vibrant, valuable, and supportive.

• Maintain organization across community channels, discussion threads, and content.

• Moderate dialogues, steer discussions, and guarantee that members receive prompt responses and support.

• Assist in launching new community initiatives, programs, and engagement formats.

• Coordinate and facilitate live calls, workshops, and community gatherings.

• Guide productive conversations during group sessions.

• Ensure members gain clear value from every session.

• Monitor participation, activity levels, and community growth metrics.

• Recognize trends in member behavior, inquiries, and challenges.

• Share community insights with internal teams to enhance customer experience and program outcomes.

• Collaborate with Customer Success, Operations, and Leadership teams.

• Elevate community issues or requests that require product, support, or operational input.

• Identify avenues for community insights to enhance internal systems and services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing communities within the high-ticket coaching, consulting, or information product sectors.

• Background in supporting premium coaching programs, masterminds, memberships, or similar high-ticket communities.

• Demonstrated success in driving community engagement that contributes to member retention, customer satisfaction, and upselling opportunities.

• Preferred experience working with founders, coaches, or entrepreneurs in rapidly growing digital businesses.

• 3–5+ years of experience managing online communities in tech, SaaS, AI, or startup environments.

• Proficiency in moderating and managing communities on platforms like Slack, Discord, Skool, or other contemporary community tools.

• Strong comprehension of business growth, digital products, and service-oriented businesses.

• Exposure to both low-ticket digital products and high-ticket service offerings.

• Experience in scenarios where communities facilitate customer growth, acquisition, or business development.

• Familiarity with software products, SaaS ecosystems, or AI-focused businesses.

• Insight into the software and online business landscape.

• Exceptional communication and moderation abilities.

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple discussions and initiatives concurrently.

• Comfortable functioning in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Familiarity with Slack, Discord, Skool, Zoom, Notion, and other modern community and collaboration platforms.
