Community Growth Creator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Create scalable community and ambassador initiatives along with repeatable frameworks that expand the creator ecosystem beyond your immediate influence.

• Cultivate enduring relationships with creators, studios, agencies, and community leaders, establishing yourself as a trusted figure in these domains.

• Organize and facilitate creator workshops in collaboration with brands, agencies, marketing teams, and independent creators utilizing ElevenLabs' creative suite - including voice, music, image, and video.

• Leverage data and community insights to monitor growth, ascertain what resonates with the community, and amplify successful strategies. Set up a consistent reporting schedule and relay insights directly to product and growth teams.

• Represent ElevenLabs at in-person creative meetups, AI events, industry conferences, and community gatherings throughout the US, while also planning proprietary events ranging from small creator dinners to larger community gatherings.

• Assist in defining and refining the creator Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) as you discover which types of creators derive the most value from ElevenLabs' tools and convert into long-term users. Act as the voice of the creator community in internal planning, roadmap discussions, and launch strategies.

• Travel frequently across the US for events, workshops, and community engagements (up to 50% of your time).

⛳️ Requirements

• Already integrated into creative and AI creative communities. You are familiar with the key individuals, platforms, events, and conversations that are significant.

• Possess hands-on experience with AI creative tools - you actively utilize tools such as ElevenLabs or similar platforms in your work and can provide a portfolio to demonstrate this.

• Comfortable leading discussions. You can conduct a workshop for a brand’s marketing team, participate in panel discussions, or demonstrate live without relying on a script.

• Data-savvy. You monitor what is effective, can interpret community metrics, and utilize insights to prioritize where to focus your time and effort.

• High level of agency and self-motivation. You will take ownership of your calendar, relationships, and outcomes.

• A proactive individual who takes an idea from concept to execution - you not only identify opportunities but also develop the plan, implement it, and ensure its success.
