This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in outreach and engagement initiatives within a designated region to enhance awareness of services and community requirements.
• Organize meetings and activities for advisory groups, councils, and community stakeholders.
• Interact with community members and organizations to facilitate outreach and awareness initiatives.
• Provide education to internal teams and community partners regarding services and community requirements.
• Act as a representative of the organization at community meetings, events, and engagement activities.
• Distribute outreach materials and information to community and faith-based organizations.
• Travel within the designated catchment area as necessary.
• High school Diploma/GED with six (6) years of experience in the health sector working with communities and programs; OR an Associate's degree in Public Policy, Sociology, Education, Ethnic Studies, Social Justice, Social Work, Public Health, Publication Administration, Psychology, or Human Services with four (4) years of experience in the health sector; OR a Bachelor's degree in the aforementioned fields with two (2) years of experience in the health sector; OR a combination of education and experience that is equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Candidates must reside in North Carolina and within Trillium's Catchment area.
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as needed.
