Community Engagement Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Conducting research to identify potential sponsors and corporate partners for events.

• Engaging with local community organizations, social media groups, and influencers.

• Developing and implementing social media strategies and plans.

• Performing community outreach to attract potential sponsors, volunteers, and constituents for events and campaigns.

• Delivering excellent customer service to participants of local events.

• Reaching out to previous teams that have participated and following up with current teams involved in our local events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Student interns must obtain academic credit (e.g., graduate or undergraduate) from an accredited institution or require experience for a certification related to their college degree.
